Yes, but its dodgy :-)

There are two roads leading in from Siem Reap. There is a main road that you can see runs past the ticketing office and another parallel back road that runs past the Shining Angkor Boutique Hotel.

First go to the ticketing office and by your entry ticket, then go back to the city and enter via the other road.

We discovered this by accident when we went down the back road and were told by a guard we had to go around to the other road and get tickets. At the ticket office we were told we were not allowed to ride our bikes in to Angkor by a police officer. He said we could leave them at the police station but we refused and said we would take the bikes back to our hotel. We then proceded to go around and enter via the back road with our tickets.

Things to look out for:
The guard on the back road didn't really seem to know a lot about how things are run, but if you get someone who does then they may not let you in on the bike. Its probably best just to flash your pass and keep riding past. If all else fails, you can probably just pay the guard a "special fee".
Make sure you get the ticket before you hassle the police about taking your bike back to the hotel or they may not sell you a ticket.
When you leave, you can take any road. Be careful not to go the wrong way over the bridges in the centre of town!

Failing any of this, you can probably just go on any of the side roads and not pay at all.
